As always, this was such a nourishing and uplifting session. People arrived feeling tired and overwhelmed and left feeling energised, inspired, hopeful and ready to get going!
What you’ll need
If you have the Goodbye 2024, Hello 2025 journal, then go and grab it - we’ll be filling in the April Quarterly Check-in. And if you don’t have a Goodbye 2024, Hello 2025 journal, don’t worry - I’ll share the questions in the workshop so you can do them too.
How it works
The first half hour is a journaling session, where you’ll use that time to fill in your April Check-in. In the second half, you’ll get to hear people sharing their answers and enjoy being inspired (and often comforted) by what other people have been through and what their intentions are for the next three months.
