Yes! You can definitely achieve this on holiday with kids too and make sure there is time each day where you get time entirely for yourself. Even half an hour is better than nothing! Xx
Sometimes even 10 minutes is better than nothing. I have a column in my daily diary with all kids and work appointments where I try and not at least one thing I did for myself. I was doing restorative yoga in the evenings at 8pm but the teacher told me off because i fell asleep during Savasna.
Absolutely! I was encouraging the women in my membership to do just 2 mins a day as a starting point. Anything is better than nothing 😂 and if I did restorative yoga at 8pm I’d be fast asleep too by the end 😂
