Spring is HERE. The skies are blue, the sun is shining, and suddenly, we’re supposed to have boundless energy to launch all the things. And yes, I’m ALL for harnessing this fresh energy, BUT…let me give you a loving warning…
After a decade of watching this pattern play out, I can tell you: Easter is peak burnout season. Everyone expects to feel revitalized, but in reality? We’re crawling out of winter like a groggy bear emerging from hibernation.
However, unlike that bear, we didn’t get to actually hibernate. We worked. We juggled responsibilities. We navigated Christmas chaos. By the time spring rolls around, our energy reserves are low—but the world tells us to sprint.
Not this time. Not you. Let’s do things differently.
