Hello lovelies, today’s pep-talk comes to you from Argentina! I’m here with my mum (who is from here) visiting family - we were literally one of the last planes out of Heathrow on Thursday night! Very grateful we made it.
My original plan was to record a fresh new Pep-talk about embracing chaos because at the time of recording this pep-talk I was knee deep in chaos. But in the end I decided that the best thing I could do for myself was to make my life easier and instead of adding ‘record fresh new pep-talk’ to my list, I chose to share a pep-talk from the archives - one of the most popular ones, all about cutting back on energy weeds - the things that consume your time and drain your energy.
