Life Design exercise: Enjoying the journey
Have a go this week at transforming something you have to do but resist doing - see if you can turn things around and turn it into something you look forward to doing!

But here it is now, ready for you to have a go at this weekend…
Today’s exercise is more of a life design exercise, than a journaling exercise, inspired by this week’s Pep-Talk: The Journey Matters More Than The Goal.
I want you to have a go at looking at an area of your life where you are feeling bored, flat, uninspired or even stressed out with what you have to do. It could be a work project, household chores, life admin, marketing your business, or selling 2000 journals 😉
You might find yourself writing down a whole list of them. And that’s great if you do because now you know the areas that need to be injected with some life.
The next thing I’d like you to do is choose the one that you would most like to see transformed at the moment - the one that is causing you the most boredom, stress or resistance.
Now ask yourself, in an ideal world how you would love to feel about this journey/work/chore/…
