Gratitude Workshop

As we come to the end of the year let's reflect back on all that we're grateful for

I can often forget the power of gratitude, dismissing it as a nice-to-have, like a warm cuddle. But the practice of gratitude is so much more than that and taking the time to cultivate gratitude in our lives is hugely important. Research has proven that it is neurologically transformative. When we consciously focus on what we're thankful for, our brain actually shifts. Neurochemicals like dopamine and serotonin are released, reducing stress and increasing our sense of happiness and connection.

And so I thought, what better note to end the year on: looking back on all that we’re grateful for and writing a few messages of gratitude to the people that we are grateful for.

Bring a pen, notebook and two thank you cards and join me in diving into some gratitude as we end the year.
